📦 Shipping Service Details

GLS
GLS delivers parcels from Monday to Friday.
Maximum parcel dimensions:

• Maximum Length (longest side): 200 cm
• Maximum Total Length (2x width + 2x height + length): 300 cm
• Maximum Weight: 30 kg

You will be informed of the delivery date via SMS or email. On the day of delivery, the courier will provide an estimated one-hour delivery window.

 

DPD
DPD delivers parcels from Monday to Friday. The shipping cost is €5.00. 
Delivery information will be provided directly by DPD.

We offer four secure and convenient payment methods. No additional fees are applied for any of these payment types (€0.00 extra cost).

Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details after placing your order.
Important note: Our accounts are managed via Vingo.cz at FIO Bank.
We will ship the goods only after the amount has been credited to our account.
Please note that the transfer and crediting of the amount may take a few days. Please use your order number as the variable symbol for payment.

GoPay Payment Gateway (incl. Credit Card)

The GoPay payment gateway allows online payments via credit card or fast interbank transfer. Your credit card must be enabled for this payment system.
If you choose to pay with GoPay, the money will be credited to our account within seconds.
We typically ship the goods on the same day of the order or the next business day.
